Okay, I'm using the Coastal.tga, and I need to know which texture is the mirror texture that the mannuel speaks of. So, anyone know???

The texture is that light blue shiny glass one.

YOu may have missied it but in the manual it tells you how you can locate a texture...if you load in the coastal project, then go to the room where the mirror effect is used, you can right click on the mirror and the texture will automatically be selected in the texture panel.
